In its second huge portfolio deal in Boulder County in less than a year, Goff Capital Partners bought the 1.13 million square foot Campus at Longmont.  The price according to public records was $58.3 million.

The deal follows last year's $61 million acquisition of 18 buildings at Flatiron Park in Boulder, and no doubt makes Goff one of the largest commercial property owners in Boulder County.

"We believe in the long-term economic and market fundamentals of Boulder County" Managing Principle Conrad Suszyski said in a press release.  "Boulder County's highly educated workforce and desirable quality of life support dynamic and entrepreneurial companies that are succeeding and expanding in today's economy"
